Setting a default selling unit of measure in Dynamics GP

Question?

When we create a Sales Transaction Entry (Quote, Invoice, Return) in Dynamics GP (Great Plains) and we pick one item we always have to enter the Unit of Measure. Is there a way to setup GP to pick the UoM already establish for the item?

Answer:

You set a default selling unit of measure by going to Cards > Inventory > Price List. Pick the item and then select a default selling unit of measure.
