Activity Status Codes Explaination

An Activity contains a drop-down list of status codes. These lists vary between the different types o activities (phone call, letter, email, etc). For each type of activity the list is the Status Reason field. The following table lists the default Status Reason codes for the various Activity Types: If the Status Reason can't be edited it is denoted.
